A Knot 2 Not® Book

Holding On to Heavenly Highs is the second book in the Knot 2 Not® series. These three books are about unraveling knots in our lives. The three intertwining themes of life are love, renewed mind, and the spirit realm. 

Book One, Escaping Loneliness in Marriage addresses the most commonly tangled issues concerning love. Although these knots are inevitable--at least to some degree--in marriage, these issues also occur with most people in any relationship. Love is an important aspect of life, and without a handle on God's part in it, life can be very lonely.

Book Two, Holding On to Heavenly Highs also addresses loneliness, but from the aspect of how one's mind can be tricked by wrong ideas held in the subconscious. In this book you will gain a deeper awareness of your thoughts and how they relate to time spent with God. Exciting godly encounters are a major theme in this book.

Book Three, Stepping Up to Spiritual Realities takes the truths concerning love and renewed mind to an entirely new level. As you intentionally imagine living in the realities of Scripture, you will see God enforcing His Word and stepping you up to higher realities. His spirit inside of you is REAL.

There are TWO kinds of knots:  Good and Bad

A marriage is considered to be a knot tied.  If you're happy, you will consider it a good knot. 
If you're not happy, you're probably tied in the knot described in the next gray block:

If you're unhappy--married or not--you're tied in an ungodly, annoying, frustrating knot.
Knots of this kind are entanglements which need to be UNTIED, UNRAVELED.
